The 2008 SALSA meeting will take place in two cities:
Oxford, England, from 17 to 20 June 2008, and Paris, France, on 21 June 2008.

To register and book lodging for the conference, please take the following steps:

(1) You must be a member of SALSA to register for the meeting. To renew your membership or to join SALSA, please visit the following link: JOIN SALSA. The page you are currently viewing will not disappear. Once you have renewed or joined SALSA, return to this page. If you have any questions about your membership status, please contact our secretary-treasurer, Michael Cepek.

(2) To register for the conference and to book lodging at Oxford University, please visit the following link:
http://www.oxforduniversityshops.co.uk/store/default.asp?compid=32. When you click on the link, a new page will open on your computer screen. Please note that the conference registration page is not operated by SALSA but by Oxford University. You will see a heading entitled "Department for International Development," and underneath it you will see "Conferences- (1 items)." Please click on the word "Conferences." You will see a list entitled "Variations available." This allows you to register for the conference and pay for your registration online, with different fees for students, employed members, and for accompanying friends and relatives. Purchase the appropriate registration or registrations. Once you have done this, if you wish to stay at Oxford University, proceed to reserve a more expenseive "en-suite room" or one of the less expensive "non en-suite" rooms

(3) If you do not wish to register online, you may download and print a registration and booking form by clicking on the following link: Registration and Booking Form. The form contains the address to which it must be sent. Please note that although the form allows you to submit a paper title and abstract, you may leave this blank if you wish to attend the conference but you do not wish to present a paper. You may also book lodging at Oxford University independently. To do so, please contact one of the following locations. For the non en-suite rooms, contact the university club (www.club.ox.ac.uk) by visiting their website or contacting them by e-mail. For the en-suite rooms, contact St. Anne's College (www.st-annes.ox.ac.uk).
