Dinner buffet
- Smoked fish.
- Fish stew
- Meat station (beef, pork and chicken).
- Chinese rice (chaufa): beef, pork and chicken.
- White rice with coriander.
- Macerated plantain (tacacho).
- Green salad (cucumber, tomato, onion, machichi, crisp lettuce).
- Thai salad (purple cabbage, mango, peanuts, raisins)
- Tapioquina with accompaniment (tucupi sauce, local chili, coriander sauce, hearts of palm, mushrooms sautéed in olive oil, lentils, sweet corn)
- Chontaduro ceviche.
- Variety of juices (copuazu, camucamu, araza).
- Portion of fruits from the region.
- Dessert: Option 1: creamy cupuazu dessert; option 2: Ice cream from the region (mojojoi, mambe, copuazu).
- White and red wine.
